  Good Afternoon,
  I am sorry to inform you but I have had the most worst experience that I’ve ever had at one of your 7Eleven Chains. There’s a display outside of your establishment of Pepsi Products stating that a case cost $3.99 (no mention of a coupon). Your Employee Patti made a BIG Argument with my mother about the sign outside. I have a picture and there were no mention of a coupon being NEEDED. My mother stated to her that there were NO Mentions of a coupon and she literally started a yelling match with her. The reason that I said that this is discrimination was because there were 2 African Americans that were there complaining about the same identical sign and she made it seem like they were lying trying to get something for NOTHING.
  I was standing behind a White male that had a case of I believe COORS light and she (Patti) made a snide remark stating, ”I guess you want a COUPON too?” I had to correct her language/tone because she was talking about my Mother and I didn’t appreciate.
  The sad thing is that I had just bragged the last few days to my mom and family at How good the Customer Service and the Gas is at “7Eleven” and I was more embarrassed about Patti and her co-workers approach to the whole ordeal about a $1.00 off coupon that’s not mention anywhere. I am sorry that I bragged on your establishment now.
