  I had heard wonderful things about this restaurant. It was my sister and I's birthday and chose Annata to celebrate it at and have a delicious dinner. Unfortunately we were not even able to get as far as sitting down due to the horrendous treatment we received from the hostess. We were a party of three and arrived with no one else in front of us, the hostess asked us to wait just a few moments before we would be seated. Immediately after that a party of eight came in, they seemed unhappy with where they were being placed and asked for better accommodations. In order to do this that meant asking two parties to move to different tables after already being seated and ordered. As i watched this happen I realized we had already been waiting ten minutes and was unsure of where the hostess had gone. When I found her I asked her again if we would be seated soon she said give her a few more minutes. Again we waited another ten minutes and finally the larger party who came in after us was sat. She then comes over to our small party of three and informs us there is no seating currently and it would be a thirty to forty five minute wait.. we can sit outside if we would like, with no remorse for basically having bumped our group to accommodate a larger one. It was a brisk night and the temperature was 60 degrees, I was not going to be cold and sit outside. Overall I'm very disappointed with this level of service especially since this is an establishment linked to Mazzaros, which I enjoy very much. I hope it was worth taking a party of eight to lose my business.
